We advise and represent people with claims against insurance companies that act in bad faith.
You may recover actual damages as well as a triple damage penalty, along with attorney fees. The penalty under the Consumer Protection Act for insurance bad faith was once limited to $10,000 but recent changes in the law have eliminated the upper limit.
